This is a rare find! A museum grade Martin Typewriter Alto with a top of the line rebuild. There is not a dent to be found on this horn, a couple of pin size dings and only one scratch, on the back by thumb hook. Just overhauled with top of the line Music Medic Self Leveling Neo-Pads.
- Even Pad Pressure: The floating joint ensures even sealing pressure around the entire perimeter of the tone hole, regardless of where or how hard the player presses the key.
- Longevity & Reliability: Touring musicians report that the self-leveling action completely eliminates mid-tour leaks caused by climate shifts or rough handling.
Easy Replacement: If a pad gets damaged, it can be popped off the spud with a dental pick and swapped for a new one in seconds without applying heat to the key.
